  U.T.I. President's Message - March 2007 
Firstly, let me offer my congratulations to
GRAND MASTER D. J. SIAS, 
of Greenwood Mississippi USA,
on his promotion to 8th Dan Black-Belt, March 2, 2007.
I would also like to thank Grand Master Sias, his students and Black-Belts for the warm reception I received during my recent visit.  I look forward to returning to Mississippi in the Spring of 2008.
