Will Brown 4th Dan Promotion

Will Brown started TaeKwon-Do in 2007 at Dual Dragons TaeKwon-Do in Stettler as an activity to do with his daughter. It didn’t take long before he fell in love with the art and the people. Dual Dragons became more than just where he trains, but where both his extended and biological family is. Every member of his family has trained at some point over the years. This familial connection with training lead Will to earn his black belt in 2011.

Will is a prominent instructor at Dual Dragons TaeKwon-Do, operating the branch in Alix, Alberta for a time. He finds instruction especially rewarding when he sees a student that came in with no self esteem grow and mature into a confident person. Will is beloved by his students and peers for his perseverance and the respect he grants everyone he trains with.

On March 14, 2019, Will successfully earned the title of Chief International Instructor, and the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt in Stettler, Alberta, in an examination held by Grand Master Scott Kopperud, and witnessed by Master Dave Hargreaves. His family and students rallied around him for an exam which demonstrated his perseverance, determination, and sense of humor.

Congratulations on your promotion Chief Instructor Will Brown.
